This morning I tried some organic milk from Trickling Springs and, while its smell and taste seemed perfectly fine, I was a little concerned about its consistency. Compared to your average run-of-the-mill milk, this stuff was incredibly thick — more like a heavy cream! Is this normal, or did I get a bad batch?
